Lamb Kebab with Rice and Tahini
These lamb kebabs with rice and tahini have lots of flavour and are a perfect family meal.
Ingredients
- 0.5 fruit Lemon, juiced
- 450 g Lamb Mince
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 55 g Fresh Coriander Leaves, washed and chopped
- 4 clove Garlic, crushed
- 4 Green Chilies, de-seeded and chopped
- 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 0.5 tsp Black Peppercorns, crushed
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Ginger, grated
- 1 tsp Salt
Method
- Mix Lamb Kebab very well. Place the kebab on a tray in the oven for 15min on medium temperature.
- Mix tahini with water and salt, slowly add the water while stirring to keep the mixture smooth.
- Fry pine nuts in olive oil until golden brown. Remove from heat.
- Sauté onion in the same oil on low heat, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add garlic and stir.
- Add tahini sauce and stir well on medium heat until starts to boil.
- Add lemon juice and stir.
- Pour over Lamb Kebab then return the tray into the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Place onto serving dish.
