- 2 Medium Onions, chopped
- 4 clove Garlic
- 400 g Lamb, diced
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 0.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon

- Bring to a boil, lower the heat, then simmer for 25-30 minutes with a lid on, until the meat is cooked, and the sauce has thickened.
- Add the fresh parsley and season to taste.
- Serve with vermicelli rice
Medium Grain
Medium grain rice has short, plump grains that cook up soft, moist and slightly sticky — the grains cling together gently, making it easy to serve and eat. Sunwhite® medium grain Calrose rice is grown in Australia and loved across the Middle East for everyday family meals.
Its tender texture makes it ideal for dishes where the rice soaks up rich flavours — kabsa, mansaf, maqluba and machboos — as well as sushi, paella and creamy rice desserts.
