Tabouleh with Rice
While traditionally made with bulgar, tabouleh made with rice is a wonderful gluten free addition to your table!
Ingredients
- 3 cup Sunwhite Medium Grain Rice, cooked
- 1 cup Parsley, chopped
- 0.75 cup Tomato, chopped into very small pieces
- 0.25 cup Mint Leaves, minced
- 0.25 cup Olive Oil
- 0.25 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 0.25 cup Olive Oil
- 0.25 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients in serving bowl and toss well.
