Tabouleh with Rice

While traditionally made with bulgar, tabouleh made with rice is a wonderful gluten free addition to your table!

Ingredients

  • 3 cup Sunwhite Medium Grain Rice, cooked
  • 1 cup Parsley, chopped
  • 0.75 cup Tomato, chopped into very small pieces
  • 0.25 cup Mint Leaves, minced
  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil
  • 0.25 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil
  • 0.25 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in serving bowl and toss well.
