Red Berry rice smoothie
This smoothie is healthy and delicious
Ingredients
- 1.25 Cooked Rice, cooked
- 0.25 cup Yogurt
- 1 cup Milk
- 0.25 cup Strawberries
Method
- In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
- Blend until smooth. For a smoothie with thinner consistency, add a bit of water (1/4 cup at a time) to the mixture and blend until your desired texture is reached.
