Red Berry rice smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1.25 Cooked Rice, cooked
  • 0.25 cup Yogurt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.25 cup Strawberries

Method

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth. For a smoothie with thinner consistency, add a bit of water (1/4 cup at a time) to the mixture and blend until your desired texture is reached.
