Fish, Tuna bites
Your little ones will love the fun shape and delicious flavor.
Ingredients
- 250 g Sunwhite Medium Grain Rice, cooked
- 120 g Tuna With Sunflower Oil, drained
- 50 g Mozzarella Cheese, grated
- 4 g Chives, chopped
- 0.5 Egg, beaten
- Fine Breadcrumbs, for coating
- Vegetable Oil, for shallow frying
Method
- Mix in a large bowl SunWhite Medium Grain Rice with the tuna, mozzarella cheese, chives, and egg – using a fork to bring all the ingredients together
- Divide the mix into 20g pieces – this mix should make enough for approx. 15 bites.
- Flatten into fish shape & coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the tuna bites until golden brown on all sides
- Serve with ketchup or other favorite dips.
