Chocolate Energy Ball
Made with only a few ingredients like medium grain rice, these energizing rice balls are a satisfying no-bake snack that will satisfy your sweet tooth and give you the energy to take on the day!
Ingredients
- 1 bag Medium-Grain Rice
- 0.75 cup Pitted Prunes
- 0.5 cup Almond Butter
- 0.5 cup Ground Flax Seeds
- 0.25 cup Honey
- 0.5 cup Mini Dark Chocolate Chips
Method
- In a food processor, add rice, prunes, almond butter, almonds, flax seeds and honey until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Roll mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls. Refrigerate for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until firm and set.
