Chocolate Arancini
These chocolate arancini are sure to be a hit with the whole family.
Ingredients
- 2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 140 g Marie Cookies, finely ground
- Canola Oil, for frying
- Cinnamon-Sugar Mixture, to taste
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 170 g Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Sunwhite Medium Grain Rice
- 2.5 cup Whole Milk
- 0.5 cup Water
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 0.5 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
Method
- Rice pudding:
Heat up your taste buds with this creamy and flavorful rice pudding! In a saucepan, mix rice, milk, water, sugar, salt, and cinnamon sticks. Cover and bring to a boil, then simmer for 25 minutes.
- Simmer for 25 minutes and add the sweetened condensed milk. Simmer slowly for an additional 10 minutes and cool immediately.
- Arancini:
Transform your rice pudding mixture into round balls.
