Cappuccino Pudding

This coffee inspired twist on rice pudding is sure to become a favourite dessert!

Ingredients

  • 3 cup Sunwhite Medium Grain White Rice, cooked
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tbsp Instant Coffee Granules
  • 1 Sweetened Whipped Cream
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Chocolate Shavings, optional

Method

  1. In a sizable saucepan, unite rice, milk, and sweetened condensed milk, and heat over medium-high temperature until just boiling.
  2. Lower the heat to medium and cook for 20 minutes, stirring often, until it thickens.
  3. Eliminate from heat, mix in instant coffee granules to dissolve them. Let it cool a bit.
  4. Scoop the same quantity of warm pudding into eight petite coffee cups.
  5. Crown with whipped cream, dust with cinnamon, and garnish with chocolate shavings to enhance the presentation.
